Is Change Painful?

The reason behind this belief could be when they experienced painful trauma while shifting schools or shifting from one place to another or when they faced a situation after losing their loved ones in the past. This belief stays in the subconscious mind. And whenever you encounter a change in your life, it reminds you of the pain that you experienced earlier. So, your subconscious mind will make you resist any change, because it thinks that it is protecting you from getting traumatized again. And this will block you from growing in your life. Either you want to start a new business, join a new company or shift to a new place or even get married or have children. You will be self-sabotaging yourself, by pushing away good opportunities, that come your way. You will self-sabotage yourself, even before you try to do something new. You will be too scared to take any risks and settle for far less than you truly deserve because that puts you in a comfortable zone. So, it is important to release the past trauma associated with change by resolving the issue permanently.
